What kind of shape do I need to be in?
You can start Aikido no matter what kind of shape you’re in. You’ll get in awesome shape in no time.
Is it easy to get hurt?
Not at all! You’ll be training in an extremely supportive safe environment.
Is Aikido for women too?
Absolutely! Women of all ages and backgrounds come in and have an awesome experience at Aikido.
