About Aikido

The Way of Harmony

Aikido, developed by Morihei Ueshiba (O-Sensei), is a modern martial art rooted in samurai traditions. Unlike arts focused on striking or grappling, Aikido emphasizes circular movement, joint locks, pins, throws, and redirection of force. It’s a path to personal transformation physically, mentally, and spiritually.
